  • Dedicated Planning Touchpoints – Two intentional planning meetings, held approximately three months and one month prior to your wedding, to review your plans, finalize logistics, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully aligned. Meetings may be held virtually or in person based on availability.

  • Custom Wedding Day Timeline – A meticulously crafted timeline, curated in collaboration with your photographer and vendor team, designed to create a seamless and elevated flow to your day.

  • Comprehensive Vendor Management – We serve as the primary point of contact for your vendor team, overseeing communication, confirming logistics, and ensuring a smooth and timely execution.

  • Ceremony & Reception Oversight – From guiding the processional to cueing each meaningful moment, we thoughtfully direct the flow of your celebration so everything unfolds effortlessly.

  • Refined Décor Styling & Placement – We carefully place your personal décor items with intention and precision, ensuring your vision is brought to life beautifully. Includes items such as signage, frames, and select personal details.

  • Cake Cutting & Service – We professionally cut and serve your cake, package remaining portions, and preserve your top tier for you to enjoy after your celebration.

  • End-of-Night Collection & Organization – We thoughtfully assist in gathering your personal belongings and placing them in a designated, organized area for seamless and convenient pickup by your chosen party.

  • Rehearsal Coordination – We attend and guide your rehearsal, providing clear direction so your wedding party feels confident, comfortable, and prepared for the day ahead (based on availability).
